Transport

Guru Kashi University, Talwandi Sabo Distt. Bathinda formerly Guru Gobind Singh Group of Institutions has a fleet of 33 buses to serve to the needs of staff and students. GKU is not only serving the populated/urban areas, but is also provided transport facilities to the staff and students from far flowing rural areas up to 50 Kms radius. A list is given showing the routes of the buses are given of the below:-

1. Four Buses –from Bathinda and surrounding areas Bucho.

2. Two Buses _ from Mehraj, Rampuraphul and adjoining areas.

3. Five Buses- Dabwali side covering the rural areas such as Masittan, Middukhera, Pakka –bangian, Mangiana, Sukhladhi, Raman etc

4. One Bus – Maur Mandi.

5. One Bus – Bhikhi, Khiala via Mansa.

6. One Bus – Budhlada via Mansa.

7. One Bus Mansa and surrounding areas.

8. One Bus – Sardulgarh.

9. One Dhunke, Heerke, Alike.

10. One Bus -Kalianwali, Kurangwali.

The remaining buses ferry the students from local Bus Stand to college and back. These Buses provide local transport daily to 3000 to 4000 students locally. Besides above Buses, we have small vehicles being used as staff and utility vehicles:
